Just a few suggestions

So rather than waiting for a staff member to come on the CB, I figured I'd make a thread and then post ideas on it
I'm not using the "suggestions thread" 'cause it's pretty crowded and honestly, most of the ideas are just repetition.

Ideas

New positions:
Homework helper:
Yeah, I know, sounds lame. But with school starting, a lot of members are gonna be away due to homework. So how do you get members on here while still doing homework, have a homework help section. And also, you get the benefit of having a LIVE person teach you how to do things, not a raggy old textbook, that honestly sometimes is close to useless.
Graphics Designer:
I'm not sure if you're going to stuck with this or not, but earlier [RZ] you said you were thinking of removing the Director position [and possibly replacing it with a staff helper of something, or something]. That leaves the graphics maker job open again, if you're still considering it.
Chatbox mods:
Yes, I know, you have 4 members on staff currently [techbot dun count] but that's only 4 CB mods! You might want to consider just promoting a few normal members to have the ability to CB moderate. We can't expect you 4 to be on all the time
Technician:
Because honestly, you just can't have a website without your trusty techy by your side.
And we seem to be lacking one at the moment....

Other Things [that need to get done]
The Trading Program:
Mkay, we have been planing this for SO LONG. It's time to get it started.
It might be best if the people who are or once had Gifted or Gift Guru status on WI were the trade coaches for this, since they have plenty of experience with trading.
It should also be a hidden forum, so non-traders can't see it
With Newz Reporters being gone, it opens up the colour of light blue [not blinding blue, LIGHT blue] Trade Coaches should be a shade of blue not blinding bright, but not too dark to blend with the mods. {possibly these colours TEST TEST TEST }
While traders should be green, to match the badge. Most greens should work, as long as they aren't blinding

Badges:
With new positions coming and old being tossed out the window, we're going to need new badges. As soon as all the positions names are confirmed, we should start adding the new badges to members. The best way to do this is make BLANK badges, then as soon as jobs are done, you can easily add text.
Forum Points Shop:
Having a forum points store will encourage members to post, thus resulting in a more active forum. It also gives members a chance to strive for something, and having goals is always fun. You should try and make as much stuff available in the store, for a reasonable price.
A Gallery:
I know a few members have been DYING to have one. It's a place to share photos, collages, vectors, etc. A gallery is like one big WI album.
Stock Avatars:
[Stock avatars are the webkinz avvies you can choose from on WI without uploading anything yourself]
I'm not sure if any of you noticed, but when you go to put in a new avvie, at the botton, there's a button that says "Show Gallery" [disclaimer: this is not the same as a forum gallery, this is a stock avatar gallery] The avatars in there currently are the ones the that come with the website.... and some aren't appropriate....

That's all I can think of right now... and it's almost midnight...
