Where do you post suggestions?

Where do you post suggestions? I can't find a forum for that.
I wanted to post that there should be only a few forums. This website is still small and not very popular so it looks better if there are less sections. Also, the forum titles seem too inspired by WI. It would be nice if they were more unique. If members want a specific forum, perhaps they can request it. I think it would help with the tidiness of the website.
