Becoming Staff on Webkinz Nation

I have received many private messages with this particular question: How do I become staff on WN?

To become staff on Webkinz Nation, you need to be noticed as an active and helpful member on the forum. We look for these qualities generally:

Activeness. Do you post AS MUCH as you can around the forum?
Using the forum as a whole. Do you just hang out in the chatbox, or do you actually post?
Helpfulness. Do you help out members?
Proper grammar. Do you use LOL or text symbols often? Or do you use the English language as a whole?

Our staff usually do not become mods/admins right away. They are News Reporters or Directors first.
News Reporter Qualities:

Proper grammar. Read above.
Writing skills. Can you write a decent article?
All general qualities stated above.

Director Qualities:

Creativeness. Are you very creative?
Lots of suggestions. Do you suggest a lot of ideas on the forum?
Able to work in a group.
All general qualities stated above.

Sometimes, we will make threads LOOKING for staff where you will need to send in an application. You must still have all of the qualities needed for the position though.
